About Us:
Why Caring Shepherd Supplies Ministries Inc.
Caring Shepherd Supplies Ministries Inc. emerged from a place of deep emotion and personal history. It began in the western part of Jamaica, where I was born and raised by my incredible 80-year-old grandmother, affectionately known as Ms. Lyn. Her presence in our community was nothing short of extraordinary.
Ms. Ethylene Campbell, known as Lyn would embark on tireless journeys, walking for miles to ensure that the shut-ins were fed and cared for. She would graciously accept ground provisions instead of rent from her tenants, understanding the hardships they faced. And she made it her mission to help send forgotten children to school, providing them with opportunities they might have otherwise missed. She had a heart so full of love that she adopted numerous children, showering them with care and support.
Under the nurturing guidance of this remarkable woman, I was raised with a profound sense of purpose – to serve my community and to be deeply committed to God and family. Ms. Lyn instilled in me a strong sense of obligation towards those less fortunate, teaching me to always extend a helping hand in times of need. I became a reflection of her strength and compassion.
However, life took an unexpected turn when I immigrated to New York. The once comfortable life I had known transformed into one of hardship and struggle. I experienced firsthand the pain of lack, poverty, and disadvantage. Yet, as I eventually regained stability and financial security, a fire ignited within me – a burning desire to pay forward the blessings I had received and to carry on the inspiring legacy of my grandmother.
This calling, this deep conviction, led me to establish Caring Shepherd Supplies Ministries Inc. It was born out of a heartfelt commitment to be the church in the wilderness, extending love and support to those who have fallen on hard times. I felt an undeniable urge to be an advocate for the vulnerable, to provide solace and assistance to those who are facing adversity.
Caring Shepherd Supplies Ministries Inc. was formed with a heart full of compassion, driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities. It is our way of honouring the incredible legacy of my grandmother and continuing her mission of love, care, and support.

Our most recent open house project of note
aimed at supporting newly displaced immigrants residing in shelters was a resounding success! We were able to host over 30 women and their children, providing them with essential resources, childcare services, and food.
We are proud of our efforts and the impact it had on the lives of these women and children.

We issue food on the first and last Thursday of each month.
We provide groceries and home supplies.
You can make physical donations of grocery and home items such as fresh produce and fresh meat, donate cash, or donate through this webpage.
Additionally, you can personally deliver or arrange for delivery via Uber.
Supplies can be sent via mail or personal delivery.
If you donate a minimum of $250 per year, you can become a member. As a member, you will receive membership items and enjoy free promotion of your business.
It costs us $600 weekly.
